Hair Building Fiber Shipping & Returns

These policies apply to all Finally Hair Products.

Shipping - WE SHIP EVERYTHING IN DISCREET OUTSIDE PACKAGING - SHIPPING LABEL WILL SAY "F H PRODUCTS" (except some international shipments where Customs requires we disclose our company name)

  • All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. U.S.A. and International orders can be shipped via the United States Postal Service via first-class mail, priority mail, or express mail.  Please make your selection at check out. International shipment time estimates are only estimates because international packages are subject to being held up by Customs and other Regulatory Agencies which is totally outside of anyone's control.  
  • Rates are calculated at check out.  You can select the option that suits your delivery deadline.
  • We ship everything as quickly as humanly possible (typically within 1 business day or less). We are proud that we are the fastest shipper in our industry.  
  • Most first-class packages arrive in less than a week. While the post office is usually very efficient, sometimes they do misroute and delay packages. We have no control over the post office. We cannot make any time guarantee as to how long a package will take to arrive. If you want guaranteed delivery times then please choose Express Mail.  It is the only mail service that has any time guarantees. We hope we can send packages via email to get it to you instantly one day, however until that is possible we will do our job and ship the packages out as fast as we can.

3 out of 100 shipments (3%) ended up undeliverable due to misspelled or incomplete addresses.

To manage your shipping addresses click on My Account --> View or change entries in my address book.

If you want to receive this on time, fill out the order information and new account information carefully:

  • If you want this to be shipped to an apartment or office building, remember to enter the apartment/unit # or suite #. Missing the # is the most common reason for being undeliverable. You can always modify your address once logged into your account.  
  • If you purchase via Paypal, please be sure to select the correct shipping address from your Paypal shipping address choices.  
  • If you have multiple shipping addresses stored in our order system, please make sure you select the one you want the package to go to.
  • Always double check the order before confirming it to make sure everything is accurate.  It is the buyer's obligation to make sure the address is correct.  In the event that the address is incorrect and the package is delivered to the wrong address, unfortunately we will be unable to refund or replace the lost products. Sorry but we have no ability to retrieve packages that are shipped to incorrect addresses. 
  • If you are moving soon, please do NOT submit this form until you have physically moved to your new address.  We find that sometimes the post office does not forward packages or they get lost in the transition. 
  • If you just moved to your current address, notify your local post office to let the mailman know you are the new occupant of the address.  If the post office doesn't know you live there, they won't know how to deliver the package to you.  
  • Please make sure the email address you use when you create an account is a good email address.  The email address is used in the event that you need to retrieve your password.  If the email address doesn't work, our system can't send you a password.
  • A proper zip code is very important.  If the zip code is wrong, it is likely the package will be mis-routed.  Please double check the zip code.
  • If you have a P.O. Box or a mail box, that is where the package will likely be delivered to.  Please look there before suspecting the package is lost.

More shipping information:

As a customer you have the option to select insured or uninsured shipping methods.  Insured methods include Priority Mail (insured up to $50), Express Mail (usually insured up to $200). 

First class mail is not an insured method of shipping.

If we offer free shipping it does not come with insurance. 

The nature of buying online makes it the responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe, secure delivery point and a correct full and complete delivery address. If you have a community mail box, parcel locker, shared mailbox, or similar, we are unable to assume any responsibility for the delivery. If your package is unclaimed for any reason including the non-payment of duty/tax (on international shipments) or any other reason, we are unable to assume any responsibility. Returned international packages may or may not be returned. Some Post Offices destroy packages that are unclaimed. Some international packages take months or years to be returned. We will notify you if your package is returned.

Once tracking shows that a package is delivered we will no longer assume any responsibility for the delivery.

If a delivery attempt is made and the post office is unable to deliver for any reason including but not limited to the customer asking the post office to hold their packages at the post office, a forwarding order has been filed with the post office, the package is delivered to a third party or a forwarding company address, there is no mail receptacle or the mail receptacle is blocked, it is up to the customer to arrange re-delivery or pick up the package. We can provide a copy of the mailing label that was on the package if requested. We are unable to assume any responsibility for the package under the above circumstances. 

Please be sure your mailbox is secure.  If that means it has to be locked because your neighborhood is experiencing theft, then it is your obligation to lock it.  USPS and most other carriers will not pay insurance claims once a package is scanned delivered. That means there is a small possible risk involved with online buying.  It is our policy that once delivery confirmation is provided we have fulfilled our obligation as a seller.  

If you select an uninsured method, there is a possibility you may not be reimbursed if damage occurs or the package is lost.

From our experience damage rarely occurs, however it can happen on a minute percentage of packages. 

Fedex also offers insurance as an option. 

Please be sure to declare a value if asked.  Often the declared value determines the amount of insurance applied to a shipment.

Color Exchanges

Color exchanges are simple.  If you find that the color does not match, the easiest way is for you to return it to:

Please include a note asking for the color you want along with your shipping address information.  Supplying the original order number or the original packing list helps us to send out your exchange faster. We strive to re-ship all color exchanges within one business day.
When using the postal service to return the item, we suggest you send the item back in a padded envelope with tracking. Be sure to add the correct postage and make sure the item has tracking.
We usually accept color exchanges up to 90 days from the date of purchase though there could be exceptions. You do not need a return authorization for a color exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.  Color exchanges older than 30 days require a return authorization, and proof of purchase.
In some cases the customer may be asked to pay the return shipping or reward points may be used to pay for return shipping costs (at the discretion of our customer service staff).


All returns require a return authorization. Returns are usually accepted within 14 days of purchase. Some products are not returnable. Beauty products that are used are not returnable. Surgical masks are not returnable. Item must be in new condition in its original packaging. Please contact us for a return authorization.  The address to send returns is:

We strive hard to credit all returns within one business day.  If you have purchased products from Finally Hair before then you already know that we provide the highest level of service and the most efficient shipping department anywhere.

In some cases a restocking fee may apply to returns. Please be sure the items are returned in new condition. We cannot resell used beauty supplies.

Damaged Items

Damage claims must be received within 7 days of the receipt of your item.  If you receive an item and it is damaged, please send pictures.  Kindly be sure the pictures clearly display the damage so the proper claims can be made.  The more pictures you send, the better. Do not throw anything away.  Keep the original packaging, the invoice, the product you received in case the shipping company wants them for any reason.

Shipping Charges 

All shipping charges are calculated in real time utilizing the United States Postal Service data feeds.  They should be accurate.

In the event of a return, buyer must pay return postage to send the item back to us.  The only exception is if there is a shipping error in which case we handle it case-by-case and do our best to make our customers happy.

We ship many orders with free shipping however in cases where we charge shipping, in the event of a return we are sorry that we are unable to offer a refund on the postage as the post office won't refund us.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Shipping Discrepancies

We do not ship partial shipments. All orders ship complete. We love our customers and want you to receive what you paid for. If you receive your items and feel there is a shipping discrepancy, we require that you report it to us timely which means no later than 7 days after receipt of your shipment.  To help solve the matter, please send us the following:

1) A picture of the envelope label face up.
2) A picture of the packing list invoice that was enclosed so we can read the writing including the handwriting on the top.
3) A picture of everything you received in one picture including the product.

Pictures should be sent to [email protected] along with a summary of the issue.  We do our best to handle these requests within 3 business days.

Do not throw anything away.  Keep the original packaging, the invoice, the product you received in case the shipping company wants them for any reason.

FREIGHT FORWARDER ALERT.  Attention International Customers:

If you have us ship your items to a 3rd party freight forwarder we cannot be responsible for short shipments or damaged items.  If you make the choice to ship to a 3rd party freight forwarder buyer agrees to take full responsibility for any problems that may arise. 


Domestic customers in USA: All non-receipt claims must be made within 30 days of the order date.  If you didn't receive your item be sure to report it to us within 30 days of the order date.

International customers outside USA: All non-receipt claims must be made within 60 days.  If you didn't receive your item be sure to report it to us within 60 days of the order date. Some countries do not offer tracking.  If your country does not scan the packages then the only option is to allow USPS up to 60 days to respond to a claim.  If the package is sent standard (first class mail) there is no insurance on international packages. If the package is sent expedited (priority mail) or Express (Express mail) some insurance may apply.

Many carriers no long provide online tracking information after a certain period of time.  We cannot be responsible for any packages once the tracking information is no longer available.
